Working with iDeed
Organisations working with us get the platform and the people behind it. The work arrives done, and their customers and staff feel the difference.
What gets verified, how, and what the record holds lives with the application. For customer due diligence, that is ARCaml ↗.
A counterparty puts the capability in front of its own customers, under its own brand and on its own site. We build and operate what sits behind it.
Firms engage us so they do not have to become experts in this work or build a function to do it. From learning the domain to securing the data over the regime’s holding period, the burden moves to us.
We verify, we attest, and the result flows into whatever the counterparty already runs. Their vendors and systems stay. Nothing is ripped out to make room for us.
Networks and VASPs are supposed to be running Travel Rule tooling. Many are still getting there. Either way, tooling moves information about a counterparty; it does not establish who is actually behind one. We establish it, and hand the verified result to whatever is in place.
For anyone running a platform whose customers carry the obligation: practice software, wealth platforms, VASPs. Our service runs behind your product, under your brand, white-labelled. What you are adding is not a plug-in; it is the work, done by people who stand behind it.
When new obligations land on a profession, its body has to point members somewhere. That usually means a list of software vendors. We are the other option: the work done for members, not another tool for them to learn.
We map each new jurisdiction ourselves. The domain work is the business. Where a local partner is needed, we look for operators with AML backgrounds: people who can verify our domain understanding, then go to market with us.
Case study
Banks do not hand the operation of their products to unproven counterparties. Before an established, ASX-listed Australian bank asked us to run its bank guarantees online, it scrutinised the platform, the compliance around it, and the people behind both.
The offer runs under the bank’s name, on the bank’s site, today. We operate it end to end, and the same infrastructure and discipline now run our customer due diligence work.
