iDeed Pty Ltd builds and operates infrastructure for processes that are legally consequential and operationally painful: work that has to be done correctly, evidenced, and that usually depends on other people responding. We run the work, not just the software.
Australia is a demanding place to do this, and that is the point. It is the world’s third-largest regtech hub after the US and UK, its regulators are respected internationally, and its new AML regime is among the most current implementations of the FATF standard anywhere. A regulated service proven here travels. In virtual assets they even call it the Travel Rule.
We started in bank guarantees, taking an instrument that had barely changed in decades online. The same architecture now runs customer due diligence, adopted when a new regime pulled an entire profession into scope.

Automation does the work; a named individual makes and owns the determination. We do not ship anything whose output cannot be explained and evidenced.

Residency is a property of the architecture, not a location. Today that means Australia; where a market requires its own, we add a region rather than rework the design.
